I'm a physician in Vancouver, Canada. My wife and I have a studio suite that's available. It's in the suburb of Vancouver, in the Coquitlam/Burnaby border near Lougheed Town Station (major skytrain and bus hub). We live on site. The suite is attached to ours by 1 wall.

It is a small space so suitable for 2 people max. Our suite is spotless, modern, and the location can't be beaten. We have everything you need for your trip! A fully loaded suite with a private entrance, it is steps from transit, restaurants, and shops. A 30 min drive from Vancouver downtown core, it is an ideal base to explore the city!

Parking is provided on site, however, due to the narrow driveway, cars must be parked on the gravel pad. This is to prevent us from bothering you while trying to leave. There is free street parking about 30 meters away.

Bus stops are steps away going towards Lougheed Town Center Station and to Coquitlam Station. If you prefer walking, Lougheed Town Center Station (nearest skytrain access) is about a 15 min walk away.

We are located 5-10 min driving distance from parks, major stores (Costco, T & T, Pricesmart, Save-on-Foods, Superstore, IKEA, H-mart, Safeway), an aquatic center, skating rink, tennis courts, movie theatre, bowling alley, and library.

We have two small dogs that may bark (from the window) when they see you outside.

For long term rentals (greater than 1 month), the only utilities not included is electricity, which will be 1/3 of our monthly bill. We will also require a security/damage deposit of half a month's rent.
