I'm a visiting medical student completing a clinical elective at Vancouver General Hospital, looking for furnished accommodation from Jan 23 to around Feb 27. I will primarily be living alone.

Prefer a furnished 1-bedroom apartment, but a studio/private suite is also acceptable. Private bathroom preferred. Ideally within a 20-minute commute to VGH, especially walking distance or close to public transit.

Budget up to CAD 2,500/month including utilities and Wi-Fi. Need a bed, desk/workspace, kitchen access, and laundry (in-unit preferred, on-site acceptable).

I am a quiet non-smoker with no pets. My partner or family may occasionally stay for 1-2 nights near the beginning of my stay, so short-term guests should be permitted.

I must have accommodation from Jan 23-Feb 26, but can start earlier or end a few days later if needed.
