These chic apartments are newly renovated to comfortably suit a traveller who wants a stylish escape while in the heart of the city. Riverside parks and paths on your doorstep while being super close to Victoria Hospital and downtown. Enjoy the oversized, private upper deck available only to you that overlooks the park in our one bedroom unit.

We have four units and they all feature full kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs/showers and covered entrance. Laundry and parking is shared for three units and dedicated for the other 2-bedroom. It is a boutique building so there's dedicated space and time reserved for your unit for ammenities.

Cost: One bedroom apartment: $2000/month. 2 bedroom apartment: $2400/month. Lease lengths are flexible to suite your needs.

Getting around: We are on a major road coming into London making it easy to get to. We are also on a bus line and bike path for alternate travel. Bus and train stations are close by too!
