Looking for a female roommate for my two bedroom clean, bright, spacious, apartment, just steps from VGH. Flexible start date late August-Oct 1. The available bedroom has optional furniture (bed/nightstand, desk/chair, shelves). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a well-equipped, organized kitchen, and the bathroom has a full bathtub/shower combo. I'm in my 40s and have had roommates studying medicine, pharmacy, occupational therapy, and chemistry/medical research. As a health care professional currently working in seniors home care, it's rewarding to me to provide a good place for students. There is shared laundry and bike parking in the building, residential street parking permits available from the City of Vancouver, and a Mobi bike share station nearby. Electricity + wifi/internet are about $25 each per month. Heating and hot water are paid for centrally by the building landlord. All essentials and various recreation are in walking distance: groceries, pharmacy, essential shopping, transit connections, seawall/running routes, community centres, tennis courts, dragon boat club etc.
