Double bedroom available immediately in 3 bedroom townhouse in southwest Calgary.  Rockyview General Hospital is 5 km away. 

New Max Yellow line operates during rush hour every 10 minutes and takes 10 minutes to get to Rockyview Hospital.  During non rush hour, it operates every 20 minutes.  The stop is right outside my complex. 

Driving is about 7 minutes. 

You have access to all common areas - kitchen, living room, basement, backyard, laundry. You have a 4 piece bathroom of which only the shower is shared.  Coop Grocery store is across the street. I live here with my small non shedding dog Ziggy and a roommate.  If you have a car, there is parkingon the street outside complex or if you want to park in my driveway you would just have to move it while I get my car in and out of garage.

For ophthalmology students - I am close to many ophthalmology clincs that accept elective students. About 20 - 25 minutes drive to University and Foothills Hospital.  All Utilities included. 

My wifi is very good as I work from home.  I am about 1/4 km from pathways that take you around the reservoir to Rockyview Hospital and beyond and also to Fish Creek Park. 

You can also use my old mountain bike to get to and from Hospital if you want.  You just have to bring/buy helmet and lock.
