We are fortunate to have a beautiful home on the Westside of Vancouver with a detached one bedroom Guest House which we invite like-minded individuals to use during their stay in Vancouver. This home is at the back of our personal residence and is completely detached with private entrance. It offers one bedroom, one bathroom, insuite laundry, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove and cooktop as well as a separate desk area and outdoor balcony. The Guest House is supplied with linens, towels and blankets to make you feel right at home!

Conveniently located in a very walk-able and bike-friendly neighbourhood, we are one block to Dunbar Street where you will find all of your necessary conveniences - Stongs Supermarket; London Drugs; Shoppers Drug Mart; Restaurants/Pubs/Coffee Shops. Easily accessible by public transit.

Please email to check on current rates and availability. Rates change based on high and low season. There can be some flexibility depending on length of stay. Rate is inclusive of tax and the only additional fee is a one-time cleaning fee of $200.

Low season (October 1 through March 31) $3500/month

High season (April 1 through September 30) $4000/month
