We welcome adult tenants who enjoy a peaceful and respectful living environment. 📍 Location * Approximately a 10-minute walk from King Edward SkyTrain Station (Canada Line). * Close to bus stops for routes 3 and 25. * Only a 5-minute walk to Main Street, where you can find many cafés, restaurants, shops, and other amenities. * A community centre within walking distance offers a library, ice rink, and swimming pool. 🛏️ Furnishings & Facilities * Fully furnished room. * Each private bedroom has its own lock. * Everyday essentials are provided, including dishes, cooking utensils, towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, and dish soap. * There are three bathrooms in the house. The four current residents share two showers and three toilets with sinks. 💰 Rent & Conditions * $950 per month * Cash payment. * Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. * Minimum stay: 3 months. 🏡 House Rules & Expectations We are looking for someone who: * Keeps the kitchen, bathrooms, and their own room clean and tidy. * Cleans their private room at least once a week. * Follows the designated laundry schedule. * Is kind and considerate towards animals. * Respects the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the home. Please note: * No drugs or parties. * Please do not invite friends or visitors into the house. 🏠 About the Home The owner also lives in the house, so this is a combination of a shared house and a homestay. It is a good opportunity to experience everyday life in a Canadian home. 👩 About the Owner The owner is a Canadian woman who loves antiques. She worked as an English teacher for many years when she was younger. This home is ideal for someone who wants to use English in everyday life or challenge themselves in an English-speaking environment. She is friendly and enjoys conversations. She is also happy to show an interest in your studies and work, making this a good opportunity to practise your English through daily conversations. If you have any special circumstances or requests, please discuss them with the owner.
