Comfortable, relaxed home in a safe and beautiful, walkable, transit-friendly neighbourhood.                                                    Kathy is prioritizing hosting longer term guest(s) (1 month+) as she's a caregiver and may stay elsewhere. You will often have the house to yourself which provides you with more privacy as well as an affordable larger living space.                                                    Walkable to St. Joseph's Charlton campus.          Just a few steps to vibrant Locke Street (coffee shops, restaurants), 15 minute walk to downtown and central to all Hospitals: St Joseph's Charlton, HHS General, Hamilton Health Sciences campus, MacMaster, Juravinski, West 5th. Very bikable and room for bike storage! 

 Costs for longer term stays for the whole house (1 month+) are TBD depending on the space usage. ie. Upstairs rooms can adapt into a large sleeping and living space.  Pls contact for info.                             

Rooms: TWO second floor bedrooms (smaller and larger one) with desks and a shared 4 piece bath, 2WEEKS : $500 each and 4WEEKS: $850-$1000 each. 

 Second floor guests may have the bathroom to themselves in the spring/summer.         

If both rooms are rented,  share bathroom with one other medical professional/student. 

Host makes effort to accommodate your preferences and needs. 

Very convenient public transit minutes away at Main and Pearl or King and Pearl. The West Harbour GO Train station is close by  and the #40 GO BUS brings you from Pearson Airport to stop at Main and Pearl, a 2 minute walk to this home. 

KITCHEN is well-stocked and has staples provided. Lot of cupboard/freezer space and a big fridge and dishwasher.

Free LAUNDRY in basement.                  BEDDING: Linens and towels provided.

PARKING in driveway is for two cars.    PORCHES AND YARD: beautiful place to enjoy being outside
