There are 2 renovated bathrooms and 1 dedicated office along with a new kitchen and beautiful garden/back yard. There are new appliances and in-house laundry included. There is 1 space for garage parking and plenty of street parking. Utilities are to be split 3 ways (about $150/month each). The kitchen has been outfitted and the only thing you need to provide is a mattress topper --bedframes are included. Lawn care and shovelling included!(No pets and no smoking please.)
