Laundry facilities are in the basement. The property is fenced in with a beeper for access to parking and a keypad for the front gate. Near the VA, Roger Williams and Rhode Island hospitals. I am looking to rent to a fastidious, meticulous individual that will respect my home. Utilities are not included. I am looking for a full 4 month rental by one person. Available only from January 20-April 20.
