Furnished Private room in a lovely home

I live in a lovely home in the quaint residential neighbourhood of Little Mountain-Riley Park, near Main Street and King Edward Ave in Vancouver.

I have 2 private, spacious rooms available for male and female medical students. Each room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed (all linens included), a dresser and a desk.  The rooms are bright, look out over the garden and are very quiet. I am flexible with the room rate depending on your length of stay. 

The kitchen, dining and living room,  bathrooms and garden are shared with me and possibly another medical student renting the second bedroom. 

BC Children's Hospital, BC Women's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer Agency are less than 3 km away, with St. Paul's Hospital 4.2 km away. 

From my home, it is a few minutes walk to the #25, #33 and #3 bus stops, with easy connections to King Edward Canada Line Station and Main Street Skytrain station and 5 - 10 minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, banks, Nat Bailey Stadium, Hillcrest Community and Fitness Center and Queen Elizabeth Park.

The neighbourhood of Riley Park - Little Mountain is right in the centre of Vancouver with a 24 km bike route and greenway, connecting to scenic areas such as Stanley Park, Sunset and Kitsilano beaches and UBC and Pacific Spirit Park.

I have enjoyed hosting international students for many years and am now looking forward to providing a home away from home for medical students.
