A bright, cozy, fully furnished private bedroom in my downtown Toronto condo—ideal for medical students, residents, fellows and visiting healthcare professionals.

Your room has a comfortable queen-size bed, tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Yonge and Wellesley. A fold-out desk, drawer storage and closet space make it easy to study and settle in. Coffee, tea, continental breakfast, utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.

You’ll share the condo with just me, the owner. The newly renovated bathroom is shared, and I also have access to additional bathrooms and showers upstairs near the gym, which gives us flexibility.

You have full access to the kitchen and shared living areas, including the kitchen island with bar stools for working or studying. A gas fireplace makes the condo cozy, while central air conditioning keeps it comfortable in summer. In-suite laundry, rooftop patios and access to the building’s indoor gym are also included.

For a change of study space, the building’s party room offers workspace and free Wi-Fi. Good Earth coffee shop is conveniently located in the same building.

Steps from Wellesley subway station, the condo is centrally located and within walking distance of Women’s College Hospital, Toronto General and Mount Sinai.

• University of Toronto: 7 minutes
• Toronto Metropolitan University: 8–10 minutes
• Church Street Village: 3 minutes
• Yorkville: 10 minutes
• Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square: 10 minutes

I’ve hosted guests for many years and enjoy providing a welcoming home while respecting your privacy and schedule. I understand that medical placements can involve early starts and irregular hours.

Rates in Canadian dollars:

• $135 per night — minimum stay of 4 nights ($540)
• $800 for 7 nights
• $1,400 for 14 nights
• $1,950 for 30 nights

All rates include utilities, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and continental breakfast. Parking may be available by advance arrangement. Non-smoking home.
