Furnished Fully furnished room beside CHEO, General Hospital

NB: house and rooms are fully furnished, free high speed Wi-Fi, rent included all utilities;  bicycles, bed,  linens, towels, laundry, laundry detergent, kitchenware, utensils, iron, iron board, hygienic paper, etc. .are provided. You just need to bring your personal belongings and food; but there is grocery just 3 minutes' drive away, parking spot available at each location, snow cleared by contractor (parking at the hospital would cost $14/day, and there is no street parking around hospitals areas), owner DOES NOT live there (hence more freedom), only rented EXCLUSIVELY to medical student, medical elective, medical rotation, pharmacy student, nurses or healthcare professional (Note: all of our tenants have  to keep a clean police record in order to be able to work at the Hospital; Hence, our place is very secured, safe, harmonized). All houses have/had no pet (i.e. no barking dog while you sleep, especially during your post call), no smoking. Long term lease is also available. Receipt could be provided.

Note: there is complimentary hospital shuttle bus running between General - Riverside - Civic campuses (20 minutes bus ride). 

Note: our houses are in very safe neighborhood, and it is also very safe to walk from/to Hospital to our houses; There are other areas (the one behind the General Hospital, for example) where you can find  community housing or government subsidized housing.  Hence, that area is not very safe (one can use Google map street view to verify).

Note: common areas (living, dining room, kitchen, common bathroom) are being clean by us once a week.

At 120 Tall Oak Private (less than 5 minutes' walk to CHEO, General Hospital; (NB: there is a paved short-cut walking path from 120 Tall Oak Private to CHEO and General Hospital, which Google maps does NOT use to calculate walking distance/time.  Hence, Google maps walking time estimation is wrong): $600.00/week for room with private bath (or $110/night); $500.00/week for room with shared semi-private bath (or $90/night). This house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.
