Room available in a bright upper level of a 2 bedroom townhouse! I am a 30 year old female that lives there. Located about 1km away from Kelowna General Hospital, making it a 4 minute drive or a quick 12-15 mins walk to KGH. The apartment is fully furnished, has air conditioning, garden boxes, and a barbecue. I work full-time as a pedorthist, volunteer once a week, and play multiple recreational sports throughout the week. So I am very active and busy. Looking for someone that is clean, respectful and likes to be outdoorsy in their spare time.
