Furnished Shared 1bedroom in Cambie Village

I am looking for a roommate to share my fully equipped/furnished 1 bdrm apartment in Cambie Village. Move in date Aug 1st or 15th with a minimum 6 month commitment. It is a 20 minute walk to VGH and Children’s. The 33 UBC bus stops front of building (40 minute ride to UBC). King Edward Canada Line station is 2 blocks away. It is a big one bedroom in a three story walk up. The bedroom will be yours and we will share the rest of the apartment. I will be sleeping in the living room so it will be for my use only after 9pm. I am 57 years old and work in healthcare. I live a quiet life at home. I’m pretty easy going and like to laugh. I rarely cook. I am not a clean freak but like a clean home. Deal breakers would be loud music, loud tv and cooking/eating fish of any kind. Sorry. Rent is $1200/month and includes hydro/internet/home insurance. Laundry is on top of that. $2.75/load and it gets added to our rent each month. If this living situation is something that would work for you please contact me.
