Single bed,  study desk/ work station, couch, tv ( for when you need to relax). Mini fridge/freezer.   It can be equipped with coffee maker, microwave if needed. Quiett living space and has blackout curtains. Has lots of room  (closets/shelving). 

Parking- street parking 

**Will clean weekly for a small fee**

Shared space:  

Shared with another healthcare worker who resides on upper floor of home

Kitchen, washer/dryer( located in basement), backyard patio with bbq. 

***Small dog on premises which is locked up during my work hours 7-3pm.  Dog will not be able to get downstairs.*

Within walking distance to Civic or Royal Hospital (15 min max)  2 busses available if not wanting to walk,  close to amenities- merivale,carling, baseline road.   Grocery stores, restaurants, malls.  

Lots of biking paths close by as well( so when you have time, you can enjoy ottawa).
