$39.50 - (Per Renter) KeyCheck Application, Credit & Background screening (*waived for currently approved KeyCheck applicants).

SECURITY DEPOSIT (Refundable)
$900 (house)/$450 - Individual Private Bedroom/Bathroom
On execution of this Lease, the Guest will pay the Host $900/$450 (individual bedroom/bathroom) security deposit 5 days prior to move-in, via Zelle or CashApp. NOTE: For immediate move-in (1- day advance notice/approval) the deposit is due prior to move in.
Refund: Rental deposit will be refunded to renter within 30 days after move-out via original submission, Zelle or CashApp less $75 (cleaning fee) and/or any other damages exceeding normal customary wear, extraordinary cleaning and/or having to dispose of excessive debris. 

HOUSEKEEPING: (Non-refundable fee)
Renter is responsible for daily housekeeping & cleaning. Units are cleaned prior to your arrival and after move-out. NOTE: Cleaning fee $75 will be deducted from security deposit.

CANCELLATION: If tenant confirms booking with a deposit then cancels stay within 2 days @12:00 AM of move-in, a 10% cancellation fee ($45) will be withheld from security deposit by Homeowner as a result of removing property from site listing resulting in loss revenue.

RENTERS INSURANCE
Highly recommend you obtain rental insurance.
NOTE: Renter is solely responsible for damages to their personal property. The homeowner is not responsible for theft or loss of property. In the event of an act of God or an accident, I only am only responsible for my property and my personal household contents.

RESTRICTIONS:
No pets allowed. There will be a $300 fine for violating request.
No smoking, vapor or illegal drugs inside the house. Smoking allowed anywhere outside, front porch and/or patio, etc. There will be a $300 fine for violating request.
