Accommodation Policy: Single occupancy only. Desks, chairs, closets, bed tables, lamps included. 
Host Background: Managed by a retired RN, Midwife, and Pediatric Nurse with 15 years of B&B experience.
Payment Terms: Cash or e-transfer only (no credit card payments). Official receipts are provided.
Kitchen Access: Full access to the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Guests are kindly asked to thoroughly clean up after themselves after every meal.
Laundry: Free access to laundry facilities (please bring your own detergents and supplies).
Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping their private living area tidy and clean.
Bathrooms: 2.5 Shared bathroom facilities (not private). Please clean up after yourself after each use.
Amenities: Bed linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own personal toiletries.
Utilities & Extras: Internet, TV, AC, and all utilities are included in your stay.
Parking: Free on-street parking is available year-round.
