Hello! 

I'm an incoming PGY1 resident looking for a 1 BR condo/apartment just for myself, within 20 minute walk to VGH for a minimum 6 month lease (potentially longer) as will be here for a minimum 5 year residency. Parking is preferred (with access to wall outlet for EV charging) & in suite or in building laundry. No pets and very clean overall. Would also appreciate <$2500/month to fit in my budget.
