Vancouver physician (BC Women's/VGH/UBC) looking for a 2+ bedroom home on Vancouver's West Side while going through separation. Primarily myself and son (18 yr daugther only when back during university break at Xmas, reading week). We have a small 19lb non-shedding, non-barking labradoodle who has never scratched our floors or made a mess. Son and dog will (sadly) only be with me 50% of the time.

Ideally for Sept 2026-June 2027 to get my son through his school year, until our family home hopefully sells. I promise to care for your house like it my own, and really hope to find something that can feel like a home for my son through this difficult transition. He is a quiet and charming LEGO playing introvert who just needs some stability and safety.

I'd love to stay in West Side where the kids have grown up, go to school and have friends.
