I'm a recently graduated physician from Montreal, and I'll be starting a one-year fellowship in Vancouver on July 2nd, 2026. I'm looking to rent a 2 bedroom furnished apartment for a fixed one-year term, from July 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2027. I am open to a flexible move in date. 

I would be moving in with my wife and our toddler. We're a quiet, respectful family — non-smokers and not the partying type — and I'll be working full-time throughout the year. We're simply looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to call home during my fellowship.
