Hello!

I'm looking for short-term accommodation in Edmonton, preferably within biking distance of the Univeristy of Alberta's Corbett Hall. I need accommodations from July 28th to August 29th while attending a mandatory one-month Anatomy course required for my program. 

A little about me:
- Non-smoker
- No pets
- Quiet and respectful tenant
- I will be living alone and do not host parties or play loud music

My preferred accommodations include:
- A studio or 1-bedroom unit
- Access to a kitchen
- Parking and bike storage/bike cage access, if available

My budget is preferably around $1800 CAD for the month.
