I am looking for an apartment for my husband and I. I am an incoming R1 in internal medicine at UBC, and my husband Alex works for the federal government. We previously lived in Mount Pleasant and Kitsilano for about 6 years, before going to Montreal for medical school. We are in our mid-thirties, we don't drink or smoke, and we have no pets. We are quiet and respectful tenants and we will take good care of your home! We would be happy with a short-term furnished rental (one bedroom would be fine) to give us some time to get our bearings, or a long-term 2 bedroom rental. We are hoping to keep rent at $3000 per month maximum. 

We can provide references from our landlords over the past 8 years, credit reports, and employment confirmation letters.
