I am looking for a short-term furnished apartment/suite for my partner and me. I am an incoming Cornea and External Disease Fellow at UBC, relocating to Vancouver after completing my ophthalmology residency at the University of Calgary.

We are quiet and respectful tenants, we do not smoke, and we will take excellent care of your home! We are specifically looking for a one-month rental for July, with an ideal move-out date of August 1st, to give us a comfortable base while we get our bearings and finalize long-term housing arrangements. We will need one parking space, though street parking is fine. My main work locations are VGH and MSJ.

Our maximum budget is $4,000 for the month. I have received a fellowship grant ($120,000) to cover my expenses in BC. We can also readily provide excellent references from previous landlords, credit reports, and employment confirmation letters upon request.
