Incoming PGY-1 Internal Medicine resident physician at McMaster University seeking furnished accommodation in Hamilton from June 26 to August 24, 2026 while completing a rotation at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton (Charlton Campus).

I am a recently graduated physician, non-smoker, with no pets or children. I am quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible, and I will be spending most of my time at the hospital and studying outside of work.

Seeking a furnished room, apartment, condo, basement suite, or house with reliable internet and one parking space. Ideally located within a reasonable commute of St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

References are available upon request. I take excellent care of my living space and am looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay during my rotation.
