I am in incoming medical student who currently makes about 70,000 per year as a social worker. My income during the school year will be my line of credit. 

My partner is an electrical engineering at D Wave. He makes 80,000. 

I would plan to stay there at least 4 years as that is the length of my degree. I would consider staying longer if I do a residency near UBC. I am equally interested in a rental that is only for 1 year. Must be until at least the end of May. 

We would like a place that has a dishwasher, is near UBC, and includes bike storage. We are interested in a place for 2 or 3 people. I have a friend who is completing her master's degree and would be open to living with us in a 2 bedroom. 

We can move in July 1st or August 1st. We have 1 cat.
