Hello! I'm a medical student from McMaster's Hamilton campus looking for a furnished 1-room rental/sublet in Waterloo, ON from Sep 13 to Oct 9, 2026. I'll be completing a 4-week rotation at Grand River Hospital (WRHN @ Midtown).

I'm a quiet, clean tenant (no pets, no smoking/vaping/cannabis) and I will not require parking.

I'm looking for a furnished private room, and I'm open to either shared or private bathroom arrangements (female only).
