Hi! I'm a second-year Physician Assistant student at the University of Toronto looking for a comfortable, clean, quiet furnished place during my clinical rotations.

Dates: January 3 - February 26, 2027
Budget: Approximately $1,500-$2,000/month
Location: Ideally somewhere between Michael Garron Hospital and Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, with convenient access to public transit as I will be at both during this timeframe.

I'm looking for a private space with a private bathroom (ideally a private unit, studio, basement apartment, or separate suite). I'm a quiet, responsible student and will mainly be at the hospital or studying.
