Hello

I am a PGY5 psychiatry resident from Kingston, ON, (but born and raised in BC) looking for housing from December 12th-May 31st. I am doing electives at both Lion's Gate and in Granville, so would like find somewhere in the west end, coal harbour, or downtown vancouver. Ideally I would like to stay in a one bedroom with no roomates. I also have a cat (who is clean and doesn't scratch furniture-- shocking, I know) named Molly. 

My budget is about 1.5-2k/month, and parking would be a plus but is not essential. 

I am quiet, clean, tidy and a non-smoker. I go to bed early and don't party.
