ABOUT THE UNIT OWNER/LL

Single older female, pronouns she/her/they/them; safe space for queer folx. LL lives upstairs, is retired, and is very quiet; rarely hosts guests.
LL is a recent cancer survivor, with ongoing medical surveillance, and would thus prefer a tenant who is non-smoking.
