The Space

This 800 sq ft fourth floor top-level suite is a self-contained ideal for medical trainees and shift workers. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a boddum to make french press coffee, a crock pot for easy meals and is close to restaurants.

The space comes fully furnished: There is a queen bed; 3 seater couch, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. On demand hot water and a portable air conditioner unit for days when it's very hot out. High speed internet, and a smart TV are also provided. There is also a storage space on the first floor to store your bicycle. Covered parking for 1 car is included if needed. Coin laundry on the first floor of the building, each load is $2 and takes $1 coins.

The apartment is centrally located, close to amenities, shops, grocery stores, transit, and local hospitals. The location is also close to transit stops, several restaurants, coffee, gyms, outdoor tennis courts, community centre, and parks.

Not to mention the location is walkable to restaurants and entertainment downtown.  This location is across from the Victoria Police Department and is very safe.
