I'm an R1 at McMaster and  am looking for a long-term tenant (1500/mo) at our home; though we're also open to short-term stays for locums or elective students (400/wk)

Our home is nestled on a beautiful 2.5-acre tree lot between Bracebridge (20 min) and Huntsville (10 min). From time to time, we rent out the first floor, and over the years we've hosted several med students, residents, and locums — many of whom have become great friends! My husband and I are up some weekends and he ll be around 1 week a month for work
