Hi, I am incoming r1 at McMaster and am looking for a long term tenant in our home as a shared accomidation. Open to short term rentals for locums/ elective students.

Our home is positioned between Bracebridge (20 min) and Huntsville (10 min) on a 2.5 acre lot surrounded by trees. From time to time, we rent the first floor of our home. we've hosted multiple med students, residents, and locums over the years.

Shared kitchen. Own living room, washroom in suite,large bedroom, separate entrance. Arctic Spa Hottub, large yard, half-nba sized basketball court. Fibre high speed internet for you gamers.
