Furnished $2,600 (1) furnished bedroom with king bed for short term/temporary (Olympic Village) - for July 1, 2024

I AM LOOKING FOR one (1) person for the spare bedroom and hall bathroom.  Hopefully you are looking for a luxurious, upscale and high end professional home.  

Ideally, you are quiet, mature, tidy/clean, organized, meticulous and appreciate a beautiful, relaxing and high end home. We can do month to month or short term.

Ideally you are here for short term work, or between homes, or visiting but don't want to be in a hotel for a month.

Nurses/doctors/residents or flight attendants this may be an excellent option for you.

The ROOM includes: a beautiful custom closet with millwork, automatic lights, soft close drawers and organizers; a king size memory foam storage bed on hydraulics; a three drawer night stand, floor and table lamps and wireless phone charger. There is also a mirror, some art on the walls, and I can also include a sitting chair.

You will use the main hall bath next to the front entrance which has a large walk in shower. The bonus is the 300 SF balcony with all the outdoor furniture and bbq set up with a view of our water gardens, Hinge Park, downtown and the mountains.

COST: I'm asking for $2,600/month, for the furnished bedroom, the hall bathroom, use of kitchen, dining room and balcony. The unit has AC and the balcony has space heaters plus electric privacy blinds. My bedroom is on the opposite side of this corner NE facing unit and it's a concrete building. Linen is included, but you can bring your own.

LOCATION: I am a 7 min drive from VGH, 20 minute walk, or 13 min bike ride. You can also take the subway one stop to VGH with some walking before and after, or there are busses that go close to VGH as well. There are public Mobi bikes you can rent too. The Canada skytrain line also takes you downtown or to the airport, and the Expo skytrain line takes you to Metrotown and eastern suburbs.

ME: gay, 43 year old Asian male, lawyer and competitive bodybuilder. Very clean, meticulous and tidy. I take pride in my home and am very organized. Some may call me a neat or clean freak.  I do have a small Boston Terrier named Mocha.  He is very friendly so if you don't like dogs, then this won't work for us.
