Looking for a place to stay for July and August 2026? Hartwick House might be the place for you! •Dates available: July & August 2026. Start date is negotiable (could start later than 1st July, with rent pro-rated accordingly). We'll be returning Sept 1. •Location: Our home is near Clifton and Clement, and is 2km from downtown, 2 blocks from the Rail Trail, and a one minute walk from a bus stop (#6- UBCO and #18- Glenmore). •Highlights: 3 bedrooms, a den, and a basement with a futon and pull-out sofa. Hardwood floors, bright sunroom, large dining table, and a large fenced backyard. •Rent: $3,000/month, most utilities included (we will cover regular usage for water, electricity, wi-fi, etc.). •Important considerations: We are looking for someone to live in our home while we are away over the summer. This includes ensuring the auto-feeder for our two cats is full, and occasionally watering plants. The cats are easy going and use a cat-door to enter/exit the house (no litter box cleaning required), and the garden is irrigated, but needs a bit of extra care during heat waves. •We will request references (academic supervisors for students or previous landlords).
