You'll love my place because of its tranquility and its location, in a very safe, respected neighbourhood. Please note room is for one  occupant only, no secondary guest. Newly renovated lower level with its own exit/ entry. This room has a queen bed, work desk and private bathroom. All luxury laminate flooring, shared living room and large fully stocked kitchen with fridge and food storage room. You will be sharing the living space with another resident.  Parking is included with the stay, pls alert host ahead of time. We are also listed on Airbnb for review check, etc.
