Living room, bathroom, queen bedroom, hallway and kitchen equipped with double induction stove top,, oven that is also a microwave, with steam and convection cooking,  air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker. and other small appliances.  If you need to use a full sized oven, you just have to pop downstairs to the main kitchen through the "one way only" door.  You can come down, but nobody can go up!  The laundry is downstairs, to which you have full access.  Thee are a total of three laundry areas in the home. 

The large garden is yours to enjoy, with several separate seating areas.  In the summer months we harvest vegetables and pick the flowers.

Walk to Kelowna Hospital in less than 20 minutes .   Easy walk downtown, to all amenities and transit. 

One off streetparking space.   There is also plenty of visitor parking and street parking in 2 hour zones, at weekends, or with a permit from the City.
