Beautiful Riverside condo in South East Calgary Newer large 1 bedroom ground level condo, in a gorgeous town-home village called Riverstone. Fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all needed cutlery, dishes, pots-pans, etc... This unit has a large bedroom, with a super comfy 12 memory foam mattress, to assure a great nights sleep. The large sofa converts to a full size queen bed for guests, with full 6' memory foam mattress...non traditional style...super comfortable! This unit sleeps 4 maximum. Furnishings are high end, as this is our home away from home, when we are visiting family from Ontario. We make it available for you to help offset costs. Equipped with all the major appliances, including fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc... The bedroom has a dedicated work space with WiFi included + Telus basic TV. Most popular streaming services can be accessed through the TV remote. The location is wonderful, with panoramic views of South Calgary, and many walking paths to the Bow river, which is close by. Highway access in a few minutes, and less than 10 mins to Calgary South Health Hospital. Dedicated parking for 1 car, directly in front of the condo.
