Single room available in a beautiful, fully furnished, shared home close to Hamilton General (walking distance) and Juravinski (10 min drive).

Your bedroom is located upstairs, overlooking the back garden and is furnished with a double bed, linens, end table, dresser, and closet. Your washroom, located on the main floor of the home, has large vanity, shower and bathtub- great for relaxing after a long day at work. Kitchen (and all small and large appliances), dining room, and both living areas (basement den and main floor living room) are shared with the owner. You would also be more than welcome to take advantage of the BBQ and outdoor space, when the weather is warm and inviting! 

You would be sharing this home with the owner; a female professional who splits her time working from home and in Toronto, quiet, respectful, and responsible.
