Description

Brand new private basement suite in the park like neighborhood of Uplands, Oak Bay. 40 m from a bus stop, 650 m from the shops in Estevan Village, 1 km to Willows beach and 2 km to RJH. Private entrance, Q. bed, sofa bed and 9' ceilings. Street parking. Bike can be locked to rail.  We are a family of 4 plus a dog living upstairs. Extra soundproofing was added to the walls of the suite, but you will be able to hear us at times.
