Unit is fully furnished with 1 queen bed. Will consider a dog if they are friendly as we have a golden retriever here as well. Shared laundry available. 20 minute walk/5 minute bike to Royal Jubilee Hospital, 15 minute drive to Victoria General, 20 minute drive to Saanich Peninsula Hospital. I'm a family physician and I live in the upper suite with my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog. I work at both RJH and SPH. Ample street parking. Close to community stores, coffee shops and very close to downtown! This is a completely separate suite, however, the house was not built as 2 suites so you will be able to hear us and we will hear you! We do our absolute best to be respectful of noise levels.
