You get the main part of the house all to yourself except for a few daytime hours while my mom and her friend continue sorting through my mother's belongings (in the boxes behind the screen in pic.) They are quiet and friendly and fun. I live in the self-contained suite downstairs and am quiet and hardworking. Shared laundry downstairs. Wifi & utilities included. Street parking. I love animals and will consider a pet. Fully fenced back yard. You're welcome to grow some veggies, enjoy the deck, and use the BBQ. $850 per month, available May 1 through Aug 31.
