An original line NESPRESSO machine is also included (coffee pods not included).  A laundromat is available within a 5 minute walk from the property.  If you wish to negotiate laundry at the property (washer/dryer located in our personal home next door to property), an additional fee will apply.

Street parking (free) is available directly in front of the property, and the property is close to transit (bus and C train). The property is walking distance to Marda Loop and 17th Ave for restaurants and shopping. The closest intersection is 18 Street SW and 19 Ave SW (located in the Bankview neighbourhood). Times to hospital are as follows:

1) Foothills Medical Centre: 8 min drive, 30 min direct bus route

2) Alberta Children's Hospital: 10 min drive, 40 min bus route

3) Rockyview General Hospital: 9 min drive, 27 min direct bus route

4) Peter Lougheed Centre: 22 min drive, 45 min direct C train route (I also work at PLC most days and could provide a ride if desired)

5) South Health Campus: 24 min drive, 90 min bus route

6) Richmond Road Diagnostic Centre: 5 min walk
