Furnished Cozy self-contained suite in 1940s home in Courtenay

Cozy, self contained and bright suite in a 1940s heritage home with separate entrance located close to downtown Courtenay. Roomy and comfortably furnished with full kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer. On the #8 bus route, 12 minute walk to downtown Courtenay and 10 min drive to the North Island Hospital Comox Valley. Ample street parking. For replenishing downtime, it's a 15 min drive to the forest in several directions, 30 minute drive to Mount Washington for biking, boarding, skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. 15 minutes to downtown Comox, 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes  to Cumberland. Entry way has secure snowboard and bike storage. Perfect for residents and locums looking for an easy, clean and quiet place to stay.

It is a heritage house and there are 2 beams running across the ceiling at 5'10" so taller people, be aware. Otherwise the ceiling is 6'2"-6'4".  There is a futon in the living room for occasional guests. I live above with a standard poodle. 

Please note this is not walkable to the Comox Valley Hospital.

Cleaning can be arranged with a local cleaner for $75 for up to a 2 week stay or $150 each month. Please get in touch for any questions and exact location. I have been a SuperHost for 10+ years. And, if you come stay in the Comox Valley you may never want to leave.  It's very special.
