House share with one nurse. Own bedroom with lock, bathroom and shower ( I may need to use shower at times - otherwise it's yours). Also free run of house. There's a lovely quiet back yard and deck with BBQ and heater. Situated in a quiet corner close to bus stop , gyms, yoga and groceries. Almost straight walk down to Hospital - about a 15 minute walk . Same to beach. Fully furnished with queen bed,closet, dresser, desk and chair. No overnight guests unless by prior arrangement. Half month rent deposit required to hold room. ( too many people cancelled at last minute).
