The house was buiIt in 2016 and is located north of Hastings St. on a quiet street and within a 5 minute walk to a major bus hub for rapid buses such as the R5 bus going to downtown and to skytrain. New for September 2026 is the R2 rapid bus which connects this nearby bus hub to lots of shopping at Brentwood Mall and the Millennium skytrain line, or to Metrotown Mall where the Expo skytrain line connects to Royal Columbian Hospital. There is free street parking in the surrounding area. There are also a number of trails and bike paths very close by, as well as coffee shops/bakeries/restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the North Shore is quick by car, bus, or bike. I am a professor on UBC clinical faculty and live with my partner upstairs on the top two floors.
