Damage Deposit The Tenant shall pay a refundable Damage Deposit equal to one-half () months rent.This deposit shall be paid directly to the owner. The Damage Deposit shall be held as security for any damages to the unit beyond normal wear and tear and shall be refunded to the Tenant within thirty (30) days after the end of the tenancy, less any lawful deductions permitted by applicable law. Flexible Lease Terms — Rates Vary by Season: Peak Season (under 6 months): $3,900/month Peak Season (6 months or more): $3,500/month Off-Season (under 6 months): $2,800/month Off-Season (6 months or more): $2,500/month Rates comply with Palm Beach County Tax regulations.
