Sharing main floor of house with landlord, retired RN single. Breakfast foods are supplied, you just make your own, and clean up immediately afterward. All bedlinen and towels are supplied. Comfy bed, large desk with good chair, the best high speed internet ROGERS XFinity. Great cell service. You can cook, and share the fridge. Full use of the laundry during lowest electricity hours. There is free on street parking. Beautiful home in safe family neighbourhood. Guest Bedroom on main floor. Walkable to St Joes in about 10-12 minutes or drive in 4 minutes Hamilton General drive in 6-7 minutes, and the Juravinski Hospitals in about 5 minutes. This would be an ideal longer term stay for a visiting Fellow who returns home on the weekends, ie Toronto, London, Kitchener/Guelph or even Kingston. My Current tenant is leaving the first week in April. He is a Family Doc who came for 1 month, and ended up staying 8 years! I'm going to miss him.You'll be very safe here, and very very comfortable.
