Furnished Furnished ensuite room near Little Italy

My wife,  who is pursuing her PhD at Carleton, and I are subletting a furnished room in our lovely home in Ottawa. We welcome interest for short-term stays ranging from a minimum of four weeks to a couple months at a time. We are generally flexible with dates. 

All utilities are included for $1350.00. We are located near Pimisi Station / Little Italy.

About the room / house:

• Basement room with fireplace and ensuite bathroom.
• Brand new double mattress and bed frame, along with a dresser, night table, table lamp, mini-fridge and TV.
• The house is shared by a professional couple in their 30s and our two cats.
• Common areas of the house include the kitchen, dining and living area, front foyer and back mudroom, as well as the laundry area.
