Our house is in a quiet and safe area with just few minutes walk to nearest bus that will take you to various hospitals including downtown.
This private modern 1000 sq ft suite with private entrance via the garden is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, study desk and a fully equipped granite kitchen, living area and lovely bathroom. Our previous tenant/s often enjoy relaxing in the garden.
All utilities and WIFI is included.
Minimum of two weeks stay required at $120 per day.
$50 per day for subsequent days after minimum 14 days stay.
Monthly rate is $2400.
Longer term stay with one year lease is negotiable .
