ONE main floor bedroom suite with stacking beds, desk and ENSUITE 3 piece bath: $500/2 weeks and $1000/month. Discounts for those staying longer than a month. 

ONE to TWO second floor bedrooms with desks and a shared 4 piece bath, $500/2 weeks and $850-1000 /mo. Discounts for those staying longer than a month. Pls ask for info. 

 Second floor guests  may have the bathroom to themselves in the spring/summer. If both rooms are rented,  you are sharing with one other medical professional/student. 

Host makes efforts to accommodate your preferences and needs. 

Very convenient public transit minutes away at Main and Pearl or King and Pearl. The West Harbour GO Train station is close by  and the #40 GO BUS brings you from Pearson Airport to stop at Main and Pearl, a 2 minute walk to this home. 

Shared KITCHEN is well-stocked and has staples provided. Lot of cupboard/freezer space and a big fridge.

Shared/free LAUNDRY in basement.      BEDDING: Linens and towels are provided.

PARKING in driveway is available for two cars.  PORCHES AND YARD: beautiful place to enjoy being outside
